1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and 777pud (the "Platform," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the online gaming and betting platform accessible at https://777pud.cam and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing or using any portion of the 777pud Service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or rules referenced herein or posted on the Platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and refrain from creating an account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

If you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.3 Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must create a 777pud account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to notify 777pud immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Platform will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 777pud Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false or borrowed identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 777pud reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers or winnings, and forfeit any balances held in such accounts. We employ automated and manual monitoring systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any attempt to circumvent this policy may result in permanent ban from the Platform and referral to relevant authorities.

3. Identity Verification and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure and legally compliant platform, 777pud implements rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. We may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, or Postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot).

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of fraudulent or altered documents, will result in immediate account suspension. 777pud reserves the right to request additional verification information at its sole discretion, including video verification calls or notarized affidavits. Your account may remain restricted until verification is successfully completed.

3.2 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

777pud complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions or account activity to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other relevant authorities. Players are prohibited from using the 777pud Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal request can be processed. This requirement is in place to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes. 777pud reserves the right to impose additional wagering requirements on suspicious deposits or to refuse withdrawal requests that do not meet AML compliance standards.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Players may deposit funds into their 777pud accounts using approved payment methods, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, GrabPay, over-the-counter payments at 7-Eleven CLiQQ kiosks, and direct bank deposits to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank accounts as specified on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00), and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, but processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking institution. 777pud is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as otherwise required by law or at the sole discretion of 777pud.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time, subject to verification of identity, compliance with minimum wagering requirements, and adherence to AML protocols. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500.00). Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible, or to an alternative verified method at the discretion of 777pud.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Manila time, Monday through Sunday). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to review for compliance with these Terms & Conditions, and 777pud reserves the right to delay or deny any withdrawal request that does not meet our security or regulatory standards.

4.3 Fees and Limits

777pud does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which the Platform is not responsible. Players are subject to daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits based on their account verification status and transaction history. 5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

777pud offers various bonuses and promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional offer or on the dedicated promotions page of the Platform. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of twenty to thirty times (20x–30x) the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10%–20%, and live casino games may contribute 10% or be entirely excluded. 5.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

777pud reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using the Platform primarily to exploit bonuses rather than for genuine gaming, colluding with other players to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in any irregular betting patterns designed to manipulate bonus outcomes.

If bonus abuse is detected, 777pud may immediately cancel all pending bonuses, void any winnings derived from bonuses, confiscate any remaining bonus funds, and close or suspend your account. We reserve the right to reclaim any funds withdrawn as a result of bonus abuse by deducting them from your account balance or pursuing legal remedies.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 777pud Platform are governed by the specific rules of each game, sport, or betting market as published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game or betting market before placing wagers. In the event of a conflict between general terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction) or at the sole discretion of 777pud. All betting decisions are final. 777pud is not responsible for any losses resulting from misunderstandings of game rules or betting markets.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games on 777pud, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and video poker, utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live gaming equipment provided by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and are independently tested for fairness by accredited testing agencies. 6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered for a wide range of sports and events, including but not limited to PBA basketball, international football, NBA, UFC, boxing, esports, and virtual sports. We also reserve the right to adjust odds, impose maximum bet limits, or restrict access to certain markets for individual players.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777pud Platform:

• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen credit cards, e-wallets, or bank accounts, or providing false identity documents;
• Creating or using multiple accounts, or allowing others to access your account;
• Colluding with other players or using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers through irregular betting patterns or collusion;
• Harassing, threatening, or abu sing other users in chat or communication features;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction or using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Placing bets after the outcome of an event is known (late betting or past-posting);
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise legally prohibited from gambling.

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

777pud reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or pose a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform. Upon account closure, all pending bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited. 777pud may, at its discretion, refund the remaining balance of deposited funds, minus any amounts owed to the Platform or obtained through fraudulent means.

If your account is closed due to fraudulent activity or breach of these terms, 777pud reserves the right to retain any and all funds in your account and to pursue legal action for damages. We may also share information about fraudulent accounts with other gaming operators, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 777pud Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, game designs, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the property of 777pud or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The 777pud logo, trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to the Company and may not be used without express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without prior written consent from 777pud, except as incidentally necessary for normal web browsing.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control. 777pud shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from service interruptions or downtime.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 777pud Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 777pud does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be error-free or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777pud, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall the total liability of 777pud to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000.00), whichever is greater.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the 777pud Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 777pud customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

You and 777pud agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation or mediation before resorting to litigation. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

11. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
